General Questions

We offer Free Returns. You may return new, unworn merchandise, in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt. In the case that an item is returned not in its original condition, the order will no longer be eligible for a return and will be sent back to the original address associated with the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the reason for return is the result of our error or manufacturing defect. In the case that we are sold out of product or if product is bought at a discounted price, exchange for a new item may be applied. We will provide a return shipping label free of charge.

Our customer service team works Monday - Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

Shipping Questions

Your order will ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.

It’s super important to triple check your order before placing it to make sure that you are getting the right size and design.  However, if you notice something isn’t right with your order after placing it, please email our customer support team within 24 hours at Info@LasPalmasBrand.com. We are happy to help as best we can to make things right.  We cannot guarantee any changes, as our shipping team is highly efficient, and can get orders out as soon as 24 hours after you place it.

The majority of items will all be shipped together in one package but please note that some item may be shipped separately from the rest of your order. If you believe to be missing any items, please email us right away at Info@LasPalmasBrand.com
