WHAT IS LAS PALMAS'S RETURN POLICY?

WE OFFER NO-RISK RETURNS. YOU MAY RETURN NEW, UNWORN MERCHANDISE, IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

IN THE CASE THAT AN ITEM IS RETURNED NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, THE ORDER WILL NO LONGER BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN AND WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ORDER.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS THE REASON FOR RETURN IS THE RESULT OF OUR ERROR OR MANUFACTURING DEFECT. 

IN THE CASE THAT WE ARE SOLD OUT OF PRODUCT OR IF PRODUCT IS BOUGHT AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE, EXCHANGE FOR A NEW ITEM MAY BE APPLIED.
